Job Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest software in order to increase sales
  • Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
  • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly
  • Researching and identifying sales opportunities by generating leads
  • Pitching outlines the features of company software/services
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings with customers/clients
  • Conducting personal research to identify new markets
  • Maintain Long Term Business Relationship with clients
  • Ensure continuous supervision to maintain cold chains for the services
  • Collecting data along with feedback from the field for business development

Additional Requirements

  • Age 23 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing, Relationship Marketing, Sales & Marketing
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Using smartphone is mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of Social Media Marketing
  • Language Competency: Bengali & English
